Definitely make sure your goals are to the point and if you have to break them down into baby steps so you get more satisfaction out of achieving the big goal if it’s a really big goal! I had several big goals and achieved them with a lot of baby goals in between… now I’m working on more goals!

I’ve also found that it’s important to regularly track your progress in order to keep yourself aware of what’s working and what’s not (and make adjustments along the way as needed.)
